Are Fish a Health Food?

I’ve discussed this topic recently in my article Fish Oil, Health & Immune Function, but the information and research in this video was too compelling not to share. As always, I want you to make up your own mind based on the evidence.

One of the main problems with searching for evidence is that our current system is set-up to hide truths that don’t allow large corporations increase revenue. Everyone is looking to make more money, and this is not the danger. Making more money at the sacrifice of truth is what is dangerous.

Covering up or convoluting basic science in order to protect sales and profit is the danger. The only way this barrie changes is if we take responsibility for our own health and decisions. In doing so we will demand more for corporations and push honesty and truth to the forefront of business practices. It takes you to make the change.

The best way to become and stay health is simple; focus on eating whole and plant-based foods. This means, eat lots of whole vegetable, fruits, grains, legumes, and nuts. It’s really that simple.
