Back Pain Relief Circuit

I woke up with lower back pain. Needless to say it was my own fault for overworking my back. The first thing I did after getting out of bed was my a series of exercises and stretches to relieve the pain. I know so many people struggle with this so I put together a short video to show you what I do to remedy the problem.

My Remedy

I’ve been using this routine ever since a bad car accident I was in 10 years ago that resulted in a reversed spine. I’ve since brought my spine back to it’s natural curvature and it’s never been a problem since. Back pain can be due to a variety of different things and it’s important to connect with your health care provider if it persists.
