Breakfast on the go is solved. These muffins are my families favorite. The never seem to last long when I make a batch. Loaded with healthy ingredients and packed with nutrients, I never seem to mind how fast they’re consumed.

Whether it be for a snack or for breakfast, these bars are handy to have around for their snack appeal. These can be made in multiple batches and frozen for later use as well.

Nutty Granola

This recipe was adapted from a non-vegan recipe I came across. At first I was a bit hesitant to use all the nuts and seeds, but after I followed the recommended amount the first time, I didn’t go back and readjust it because it actually does work. We use this granola on smoothie bowls and as a topping for berries. It’s definitely filling!

Raspberry Breakfast Brownies

I don’t know about you, but I really don’t mind brownies for breakfast. These are not only a great breakfast treat, but also good for on the go breakfast for those busy mornings. They’re extra yummy with a bit of raspberry jam on the top!

Spicy Potato Tofu Bowls

This is a mildly spicy and filling breakfast. I like prepping the ingredients the night before to make for an easy morning. It’s a great recipe for a crowd too! Just multiply the ingredients for the number of people you’re serving and each person can dress their own with the toppings they like.

This breakfast cake is a wonderful meal for a quick breakfast if prepared the night before or as a quick on-the-go snack. I enjoy it with tea in the morning.
