LIVE Weekly Workout E004

I’m starting to get the hang of this live workout stuff FINALLY. It’s definitely been a journey over the past few weeks, and I appreciate your feedback and patience with me. This week was actually fun and a lot less frustrating technologically speaking than the past three weeks. I still have a long way to go, but I think I’m getting there.

This week we have a pretty strenuous full body workout with a lot of cardio addition. Feel free to pause the video and grab a bit of water or wipe the sweat from your brow (no one likes sweat in their eyes.) I hope you have as much fun with this one as I did.
