These truffles not only feed my sweet tooth, but dates and cocoa contain magnesium which helps calm your muscles for an easy nights rest. Instructions
  1. In a large food processor add all ingredients except the final 1/2 cup of coconut flakes. Blend until smooth.
  2. Divide into 12 equal parts. Roll each part into a small ball.
  3. Roll each ball in coconut flakes to garnish.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
