Almond Flour

You can buy almond flour at the grocer, but it’s usually so expensive and some contain fillers. You can just as easily make almond flour as you need or make a batch of it to keep on hand for easy an easy addition to any of your recipes.

Instructions
  1. In a blender pulse the almonds until they become a fine powder. You may need to shake the blender a few times to release the powder from the sides. Be sure to pulse only. If you blend it too long or often you'll end up with almond butter.
Recipe Notes

I use a Vitamix or Bullet to make my flours. I have tried the food processor, but it doesn't grind the ingredients fine enough for my liking unless you're making a very large batch.
