Blueberry Banana Muffins

Breakfast on the go is solved. These muffins are my families favorite. The never seem to last long when I make a batch. Loaded with healthy ingredients and packed with nutrients, I never seem to mind how fast they’re consumed.

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Prepare your non-stick muffin tins or silicon trays.
  2. In a medium bowl add all dry ingredients except the blueberries and stir to combine.
  3. In a blender or food processor, add all wet ingredients and blend until smooth.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and fold to combine.
  5. Fold in blueberries with a spatula.
  6. Pour batter into muffin tins and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
