Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

You’ll have blue teeth after this one… but a sip of water will clear it up! This smoothie is great for breakfast on the go. All the ingredients are great for the Hunter genotype, but you can substitute ingredients for those that will be better suited for your acceptable foods. If you are eating breakfast post workout add some egg protein to it to help repair your muscles.

  1. ombine all ingredients in blender. Blend on high for 1 minute or until thoroughly pulverized ​ ​
  2. Pour into a glass and insert a large straw. Enjoy!
