Blueberry Compote

This is great on pancakes, which is why I actually made it, but I found it’s also a wonderful addition to my Avocado Brownie recipe.

Blueberry Compote
A quick addition that will add flair to pancakes, toast, sorbet, or brownies. It's simple tome and stores well in the refrigerator or freezer.

Instructions
  1. n a medium saucepan set over medium heat, combine 2 cups blueberries, agave, water, and lemon juice. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low, add the remainder of the blueberries, and cook for 5 to 8 more minutes (or until compote reaches your desired consistency), stirring frequently. Serve warm or chilled.
