Cumin Cabbage Salad

I made this for breakfast this morning, but it would also be great as a side with fish or chicken. I added walnuts for protein to it and it was a deliciously filling vegan breakfast option. I have also made this same recipe hot in the past. It works just as well, but has a comforting aspect to it versus the cold salad. It’s a good option on a cool spring or fall day.

Cumin Cabbage Salad
This recipe is delicious either cold or hot. If you're going to make a warm salad all you need to do is sauté the ingredients until the cabbage is wilted but still green. I like this recipe with fish for dinner or with walnuts for breakfast.
