Green Berry Smoothie

I made this for breakfast this morning. I love smoothies because they take minutes to prepare and I can run out the door while getting a nutritious breakfast in.

Green Berry Smoothie
This smoothie has a kick of caffeine with the addition of green tea. You can increase the caffeine content by adding more tea bags to the water before you soak them.

Instructions
  1. Soak tea bag 8 hours or over night in 1/2 cup water.
  2. Remove teabag from water and add to blender with all other ingredients. Blend until smooth
