  1. In a tea kettle or small pan heat the water until it starts producing small bubbles at the bottom, not boiling.
  2. While the water is heating, add the tea ball, to a large mug and squeeze the lemon in it. Drop the remaining lemon (this is why you want the lemon to be organic), minus the seeds into the mug.
  3. Pour the water over the mixture and let steep for 5 minutes. Add honey to taste if needed. Enjoy!
