Instant Pot Chili

There’s nothing better with a side of freshly grown corn on the cob than a bowl of chili. This recipe is great to make ahead for those busy days. It can keep in the refrigerator after it’s cooked for a great left-over meal too.

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in and instant pot or pressure cooker pan.
  2. Place in refrigerator overnight or until ready to cook.
  3. When ready to cook; cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. Let steam naturally release.
  4. Serve with a side of fresh corn or cornbread. Enjoy!
