Isabelle’s Daily Smoothie

I start my mornings with a smoothie 9 out of 10 of the time. I start sessions early and I don’t have the luxury of making a sit down breakfast. This smoothie gives me the pick-up I need without caffeine while filling my belly and packing my body with nutrients.

A lot of the ingredients aren't things a normal person keeps in their cupboards on a daily basis. I use specific products based on quality, the wholeness of the source, and the minimal manufacturing processes.
