Sauteed Ginger Beans

I love making bean sautéed for lunch or dinner. It cooks up quick and can be tossed on a salad or add some veggies for a hot and easy meal. I prepared this with my Savory Cabbage Carrot Salad for a dinner party and it was amazing.

You could make this recipe ahead of time by combining the sauce mixture and letting it sit until you’re ready to cook the beans. It would be a great way to give the flavors time to meld together. I was short on time, so I didn’t take this route, but if you’re continually short on time you can make a large batch and keep it in the refrigerator to use as needed.

To make a baked version, place the beans in an oven proof dish with the sauce. Preheat the oven to 325℉ and bake for 15 minutes or until warmed through. Baking the beans requires less watching, but you also risk overcooking them.
