Instructions
  1. Preheat the broiler to HIGH and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread broccoli florets in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle with water (to make the salt stick) and sea salt to taste.
  4. Roast in under the broiler approximately 4 minutes or until the edges of the broccoli start becoming brown and crispy. Watch it closely, it turns fast!
  5. Add to your favorite dish or serve as a side. Enjoy!
