Sriracha Spread

There are several recipes for sriracha mayonnaise, but since we don’t eat eggs and dairy, and also avoid refined oils mayonnaise is not on our menu. This recipe provides the same rich flavor with the spicy kick that works so well on sandwiches. We’ve also thinned it with water and used it as a dressing for salads. Whatever you do with this basic recipe, I’d love to hear about it and I’m sure it will be delicious.

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients except sriracha and water to a blender or small food processor. Blend until smooth adding enough water to reach desired consistency.
  2. Transfer blender contents to a small bowl and stir in small amounts of sriracha sauce to reach desired heat. Serve immediately or stir in the refrigerator for up to five days.
