Healthy dessert to the rescue! These are a saving grace when all you want is chocolate. Filled with good for you fats and the added benefit of mood boosting chocolate. These have remedied many a PMS chocolate craving for me or giving me the sweet treat to curb those sugar cravings.

Sugar-Free Coconut Chocolate Bites

Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients over low heat. Stir continually until well mixed and all fats and butters are melted.
  2. In a small glass dish pour mixture. You can also use an ice cube tray, muffin tin with liners, or silicon candy mold. Pour mixture in the tray and place in refrigerator (or in an emergency the freezer) to set.
  3. To serve slice in 8 pieces and enjoy.
