Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400℉ and prepare a baking pan with parchment or cooking oil if needed.
  2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except the tempeh and wisk to combine.
  3. Add tempeh to a large bowl containing sauce and toss until it's coated. Let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Pour tempeh onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes, using a tongs, flip tempeh in sauce and bake for another 10 minutes.
  6. After 10 minutes, turn the tempeh again to coat in sauce. Turn oven to broil and broil for 5 minutes watching closely so they don't burn. Turn tempeh and repeat on the other side.
  7. At this point the sauce should be fairly thick. Remove tempeh from the oven and let cool 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
