Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place jalapeños, garlic, and tomatillos on the lined baking sheet and roast for approximately 10 minutes or until tomatillos begin to blister. Remove from oven and cool.
  3. In a large blender or food processor combine the roasted vegetables and the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add more water to reach desired consistency.
  4. This can be stored in the refrigerator for approximately 5 days, or it can be frozen for later use.
