Instructions
  1. Cook the lentils according to the package instructions. Let cool.
  2. Preheat a non-stick pan or griddle to medium. In a medium bowl add the lentils and all other ingredients. Stir to combine.
  3. Using clean hands for patties with the lentil mixture and place in preheated pan. Cook approximately 2-4 minutes per side or until golden brown. Serve immediately. Enjoy with your favorite sauce or dressing!
