Pizza Casserole

I found a recipe for a standard American diet pizza casserole and I thought, I can veganize that easy. We enjoy pizza a lot and this vegan version of pizza delivers equally as well. It’s also extremely easy to put together and can be done ahead of time and baked later.

They’re great if you like thin crust pizza, which we do. I top them with oil free pizza sauce, julienned broccoli and carrots, cauliflower, artichoke hearts, olives, black beans, and a sprinkle of nutritional yeast and hemp seeds. Try them for yourself and let me know how you topped yours!
